To serve you better, we've assembled a list of our customers' most frequently asked questions. If you don't find your answer here, feel free to contact us.

We may have received it after the due date or we may not have received it at all. Call our office and we will help you solve the problem.

You may not have - the numbers on your meter may have been transposed or hard to read. You could possibly have a leaky toilet or faucet that's difficult to detect. Just call the office and we'll work with you to solve the problem.

A water meter deposit is $75.  A utility service application and service agreement are required to be signed in addition to the placing the deposit and can be found here

Water bills are due on the 10th each month.  If they are not paid by the tenth, a ten percent late fee is added.  Bills that are not paid by the 20th, will be scheduled for disconnect on the 21st.

Civic Center rent is $50.  There is also a refundable $50 deposit.  You can find the Civic Center rental agreement and rules here.
